If you're not satisfied with Rubber Duck, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your payment date — no reason needed.

Your 30-day free trial costs nothing. If you subscribe and then change your mind within 30 days of a payment, that payment is refunded in full.

How to request a refund

Cancelling

The Company Owner or a Transport Manager can cancel any time from the Billing page. You won't be charged again, and your company keeps access until the end of the month you've paid for.
